At Zapiain Sagardoa we love to innovate and explore new paths, while preserving the traditions and customs that have brought us here. The doors of our cider house and our laboratory of ideas are always open to cooperation with other companies and sectors. For this reason, in recent years we have carried out various collaborations:
This collaboration was carried out in conjunction with the world-renowned Norwegian craft brewery Lervig. It is a batch of our Euskal Sagardoa Premium specially selected and bottled for international marketing. The bottles were released with a groundbreaking label in the aesthetic line of the Stavanger brewery.
Becada is a collaboration that was carried out together with the Basque brewery Basqueland Brewing, uniting three different but closely related worlds: cider, beer and wine. It is a wild ale style beer, fermented in Rioja Alavesa wine barrels at our facilities. The microflora of our winery has thus allowed the development of a sour beer that leaves no one indifferent.
A new collaboration with our friends from the Basqueland Brewing craft brewery, with whom we have a close relationship. This time it is a natural cider made in our facilities with native apples under the supervision of the Zapiain and Basqueland teams and within the Euskal Sagardoa designation of origin.
